The A.C.E. Group delivers high-quality workmanship at competitive prices, with our rates always kept to a minimum. For larger jobs — such as kitchen renovation, boiler replacement and bathroom renovation — we provide a free, detailed estimate and timeline before any work begins, so you stay in total control of costs.

| Plastering, Skimming & Re-pointing | £60 per hour | Does not include hire of plant or scaffolding. |
| Painting & Decoration | £33 per hour, per operative | Minimum of 3 hours of work. |
| Tiling | £60 per hour | Free estimates available for larger works. |
| Flat Roofing Work | £55 per hour, per operative | Minimum charge of three hours. |
| Pitch Roofing Work | Assessed & quoted | We assess the work to give accurate pricing; a minimum of 3 hours is charged for this investigation. |
| Plumbing | £65 per hour | Free estimates for larger works. |
| Heating, Gas Services & Boiler Work | £85 per hour | Larger jobs (central heating, new boilers) by estimate, with a minimum charge of £85 waived on award of work. |
| Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) | £107 fixed fee | — |
| Electrical Installations & Upgrades | £75 per hour | Larger jobs (rewiring, consumer unit replacement, fault finding) by estimate, with a minimum charge of £75 waived on award of work. |

| EICR / EPC Inspection | £69 (1–3 bedroom) · £79 (4–6 bedroom) | Subject to the size of the premises. |
| Carpentry & Joinery (small jobs) | £65 per hour | Larger jobs by free estimate. Registered with the Institute of Carpenters. |
| General Cleaning | £22 per hour, per operative | Minimum of 3 hours of work. |
| Carpet Steam Cleaning | £75 first hour, then £44 per hour | Minimum of 3 hours. |
| Window Cleaning (external) | £33 per hour, per operative | Minimum of 3 hours. Limited externally to the first floor or 6 metres. Ladder work requires two operatives for health & safety. |
| Pest Control | By estimate | Estimates provided when necessary. |
Important Notes
- All rates are subject to VAT.
- Materials are charged separately or can be purchased by yourselves.
- Travel time is charged base to base. For local customers within a 2-mile radius of The A.C.E. Group, we do not charge travel time.
- Congestion charge and parking costs are charged separately where applicable.
- For major jobs, estimates are free; for smaller jobs, estimates may be chargeable.
- Some works, such as electrical and heating fault finding, cannot be estimated precisely in advance; in those cases we charge by the hour or by our daily rate.
