Trustworthy London builders — converting under-used loft space into beautiful, valuable living areas.

Add Value to Your Property

Loft conversions generally yield a great return on investment for properties in London. By turning under-utilised space into an elegant bedroom, bathroom or kitchen, not only do you make your home bigger, you also increase the value of your house.

Trustworthy Loft Conversion & Extension Builders

As a landlord or property developer, the number of required tasks and decisions can feel overwhelming — from finding qualified, certified engineers to producing the relevant certificates. The A.C.E. Group provides a comprehensive property service that minimises inconvenience. From tiling, plastering and decoration to installing new boilers and rewiring the whole extended area, our professional operatives can help you build your desired space, and we provide all the necessary documents and certificates when the project concludes.

Detailed Estimates & Quotations

Before starting any major project, The A.C.E. Group provides you with a detailed estimate itemising the scope of the work and projected costs. This way, you are more in control of the costs and you know exactly what to expect when the project concludes.

Regulations

At The A.C.E. Group we adhere to all loft conversion regulations and standards, including fire safety, planning permission and party walls.

Party-wall permission: You will need to obtain a party wall agreement (Party Wall etc. Act 1996) from your neighbour if you share a party wall with them, including their written consent and acknowledgement.

Planning permission: Not all loft conversions require planning permission, as some fall under Permitted Development. Depending on the size and type of conversion and any local restrictions, planning permission from the relevant council may be required. We use trustworthy external partners such as architects and surveyors who can create the required plans and calculations to assist you.

Minimum Hassle When Converting the Loft

We do our utmost to carry out the loft conversion with minimum disturbance. Where possible, we block the loft off from the main house and use external scaffolding to supply materials. If we need access to the main house, we fully cover the working area and route with protective materials and carry out the work with minimum mess in the shortest possible time.
